Complete Renovation, 1960's Era Residence, 2100 sq ft
- Spacious Open Living Area was accomplished by removing the original walls separating the kitchen, den and living areas.

Entryways into Formal Dining Room from kitchen and living areas were enlarged to enhance the Overall Openness of the complete area.
- Master Bedroom Suite was created by opening up the shared wall between two bedrooms. Built in cabinets and shelving frame the passage between the two areas.
- Master Bath enlarged and completely upgraded with fixtures, tile and granite vanity.
- Guest Bath completely upgraded with fixtures, tile and granite vanity. Original tub/shower replaced with large shower with seating and niches.
- Walk in Closet created by combining three small reach-in closets into single large walk-in California style closet.
- Wood grain Laminate Flooring installed through out.
- Outdoor Living Area created in back with covered walkway to garage.
