Complete Renovation, 1950's Era Residence, 1600 sq ft
- Enhanced Updated Appeal was achieved by the addition of a Gable Roof Section and by repositioning the front entrance to face the street.
- Spacious Open Living Area was accomplished by removing the original wall separating the living/dining area from the kitchen.
- French Doors added for access to back patio area. Original access was through the garage.
- Utility/Laundry Room incorporated into the HVAC interior from original garage area. Built-in Cabinets and Shelving added.
- Master Bedroom Closet was enlarged to Walk-In size by expanding into adjoining bedroom area. Built in units enhance practicality.
- Master Bath enlarged and completely upgraded with fixtures, tile and granite vanity.
- Guest Bath completely upgraded with fixtures, tile and granite vanity. Original tub/shower replaced with large shower with seating and niches.
- Solid Wood Flooring installed through out.
